TRUE ALUMINUM PANS LOVE!
I only bake with aluminum so waited to actually use them before I left a review. They are true aluminum through and through....washed them and then buttered them so nothing sticks and then baked. Perfect all around. Came out flawless and washed with soap and water and not one mark left on them. For those that don't know please do NOT put aluminum pans in the dishwasher otherwise they're done for good! Excellent product! Bought a few more!

Great (if you know how to use Alu cookware)
This is what you need to make authentic stove top kunefe! Negative reviews are from people who lack basic knowledge about use and characteristics of aluminum cookware: 1. Aluminum CANNOT be washed in the dishwasher EVER! If you do, damage is irreversible; must trash the pan 2. Aluminum is NOT NONSTICK and not coated with toxic garbage (you must grease the pan plenty). Before you use them for the first time, after you wash them with warm water and soap, take a paper towel dipped in oil/fat and rub all around. There will be black residue. Make sure to remove it all before you cook in the pan The seller could/should have done a much better job educating people on what to expect from aluminum pans and how to prep it for use.

Perfect for kunafeh
My husband is Palestinian and LOVES kunafeh. We tried making it in a regular skillet and it wasn’t the same. These are perfect. Perfect size for a single serving and they heated evenly directly on our gas stove. Note to people complaining: YOU CANNOT PUT ALUMINUM PANS IN THE DISHWASHER OR THEY WILL BE UGLY. THESE ARE HANDWASH ONLY!! (Or you will be sad ;).
