What sounds does it make

It sounds kind of like an elephant - I mean for a fairly inexpensive stuffed animal it’s ok and it’s fairly loud. I did not read about it making a sound and got it for my classroom and the noise is enough to make me want to throw it out the window. So, if you want sound, this is ok.

Can batteries be replaced?

The batteries can not be replaced.

Is the trunk movable?

Just a normal stuffed animal type of material. It does not have a wire inside to help hold a new shape.
