The product quality is good but purchasing directly from the shop is preferable.
I am not saying anything bad about you. The Butterfly brand should improve the quality of its products. If they cannot provide good quality, then they should not produce them. Even a single drop of poison is considered poison. The lid of the mixer is of poor quality and feels like rubber, which makes me uncertain about how long the mixer will last. I kindly request that you sell this product in physical shops to avoid such issues, because when buying online, customers cannot touch and feel the quality. Even a single penny is important for everyone. The price of ₹1949 may seem small from the seller’s side, but for buyers it is a significant amount, and we expect good quality in return. That is why I am requesting you to sell directly at your shop, where customers can check the product before buying it.I don't whose mistake it is seller or brand.i am not sure whether the mistake is seller's or brand's.

Quantity mentioned is wrong
I ordered on May 2025. And today october 1st 2025 its not working after 4months of use only. Also, the very first day onwards when the mixer starts it gets too hot with a different smell. I don't prefer this. Note: The largest jar and the middle jar is almost same size - smaller in size. Not worth.
