Very good supplement from USA for suppressing chronic Lyme. Low in Benzene that drives Lyme. Most of their supplements, but not all, are low in Benzene, good manufacturing generally. Unfortunately very expensive if you have to take multiple supplements to stay on your feet. Hard to find supplements of good standard in UK.

I ordered this resveratrol because I have long trusted Pure Encapsulations for their clean formulas without unnecessary chemicals. This Extra version contains both resveratrol and grape seed extract, which helps the supplement work more effectively. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no unpleasant aftertaste or smell. The supplement has a good shelf life, lasting until May 2028, so there is no concern about it expiring soon. In terms of effects, it isn't an energy drink, so you shouldn't expect an immediate boost. It is more about supporting the body from within, though I have felt slightly more refreshed in the mornings and my general wellbeing is good. I appreciate that there is no GMO, gluten, or the extra fillers often found in cheaper brands. While the price is a bit higher than some alternatives, I find it offers good value for money given the quality and the peace of mind. Taking one a day means the bottle lasts for two months, which is quite reasonable.

Easy to swallow capsules. Good quality product. Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol compound found in the skin of red grapes, berries, peanuts, and red wine, known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-aging properties. I find the supplement is helping with my overall inflammation levels, the pain is reduced, I'm feeling more mobile and less stressed when I take them. They are expensive but when taken the benefit into consideration well worth the money. This order will cover a 2 months supply. As I have a history of low platelets I'm careful with this supplement as it works as an anti platelet agent. So while I do have regular blood tests I have to monitor myself checking on increased bruising. So after taking these for 2 weeks at 1 capsule a day I found an increase in large bruises so took a break for a week before recommencing this. I believe the supplement works well with my joint related inflammatory processes but also inhibits my blood coagulation.

I like this better-than the normal Pure Encapsulations Resveratrol, because that’s purely Japanese Knotweed; just like so many unfortunately are. This has at-least got some red wine extract, and has Grape-Seed extract, too; for the resveratrol to work along-side with. Most supplements need something else to help the absorption rates within the body to make them what’s known as more ‘bioavailable’. I’m not a fan of the main source ingredient, as the trans-resveratrol is a mere 20%. I never produced resveratrol from this, and not every producer nowadays does, either; but it’s a trusted brand to at-least rely upon the potency levels quoted. Note: I'd normally highlight all of the individual factors of this product, (having been a producer of supplements myself) but Amazon delete my hours of work to guide you through each product (despite my partial-blindness) and I’m frustrated enough as it is. So, I've included basic information and photographs of the important nutritional information from this trusted brand; that I've previously used for my own clinical trials. You really ‘do’ need-to check with your medical practitioner prior-to even ordering this product, though; but remember that it’s mightily expensive, even though you only need one-capsule per-day.
