I am on my second order for this cage saver scrub pad. I tried kitchen sponges with the plastic abrasive surface but they fell apart quickly with minimal use (and this includes using them with a great bird cage spray cleaner). BUT! The Hendryx scrub pad easily cleans, scrapes and removes bird droppings effectively AND lasts a long time. I soak it after each use and then air dry out in the patio. Great product and makes cage cleaning so much easier and faster.

This is the best bird cage cleaner/scrubber sponge ever!! So glad I found this product. It's so easy to use. Wish I knew about this product long ago. The only thing I will say is the little red scrubbers do flake off. The nice thing is these "plastic hairs" fall straight to the bottom of the catch tray, as I have never found them on any surface of the perches, or cage exposed to the birds. I don't mind since I clean the catch tray and change the paper last during the cleaning process.

Know what I bought this for? I toss one of these babies in the washing machine when doing loads of linty stuff like towels or sweats. There are more expensive products intended to reduce the amount of lint in the washing machine, but they all depend on A LOT of water. My more modern GE top loader stack set in my apartment does not have a filter or a water level high enough to support a floating lint remover. We are trying to save water these days. I rent, so I am doing well with the new top-loading GE stack set I have by just adding a Prevue Hendryx Scrub Pad. Try it!

I use on the bird cage bottom grate. This cage does not have a removal grate. This scrubber does clean but takes more work than I thought. I will say that the scrubber does hold up well. As soon as I can get a new cage with removal grate, I think it will work much better.

Used it a few times and it have done it's job, Good sponge and works well.

I have been using these scrubbers for EVER.... And I always stock pile them because I never want to be without. These scrubbers work in the best way. They clean great, and don't scratch up the cages. I recommend these scrubbies, and I also recommend giving them a try while adding bird poop remover. I use Poop Off.

These have always been my favorite scrub pads for cages. Though they have gotten a bit more expensive than the last time I bought some. They are very durable pads, but you'll lose a few of the little red bristles over time. It cleans very well as long as you have some soap to help get the cage grime off. I used Pet Focus for disinfectants and oxyfresh cleansing gele for the soap for a cage I just got. You always want to make sure you clean and disinfect when you get a new cage, who knows what is on it. I trust these pads to help scrub off whatever things might be on those. :)

I mean, it does what it needs to do. It cleans well, but every time I use it, a lot of the fibers fall out, which just adds to the mess.
