Aquaplay Water Pump

We had the aquaplay water pump and water jet when my children were young, and they enjoyed pumping water in the bathtub or in the kiddie pool in the backyard. Now that my children have children, my original aquaplay water pump (still in great shape, by the way) is a hit with the grandchildren...so much so that my daughter went looking to see if she could find one for her own house. We were happy to find the water pump on Amazon. I actually bought one for each household of grandchildren. The water pump continues to be a popular bath toy (grandchildren range in age from 2 to 7). I wish Amazon sold the water jet as well!

It's a great pump but I made the mistake of buying this for two toddlers (both under 3). I guess I thought it'd be fun for them to see water pumping through it during bathtime, but they want to try doing it themselves, which has never worked and just leaves a frustrated baby. They don't understand that they have to keep one end in the water for it to pump, so, when they get older, this should be more fun ;)

The pump is sturdy. It doesn't come apart, so there are no small parts to worry about. It's easy to operate, and it is actually efficient at pumping water. So it's fun for kids and adults. I'm going to use mine to demonstrate a model of a new kind of wind pump.I invented..

A little difficult for our 3 year old grandchild to play with on his own in his water table. But he likes pumping it, while someone else holds it for him

My son loves to play with the water and shoot the water through these pumps. We've bought several of them and we keep having problems with the pieces inside separating and then the water flow decreases greatly. While they last they are quite fun! Just buy a couple because the insides will eventually wear out.

I purchased this, this past summer and the kids used them in the tub and even outside in the pool...They are a little sun bleached from leaving them outside, but not a trip to the tubby goes without them asking to play with their "pumpers" :). Will probably have to get another one soon when the youngest is old enough to play with one too, have to try and avoid those sibbling fights...

The Aquaplay products are fun and educational and well built. My kids fought over this pump and I had to purchase a second one. Fun for outdoor water play with the Aquaplay set or another water table, and in the bathtub too!

This was purchased with two sets from the same line. It has held up well and functions as it should. Not the funnest toy, but okay.

Absolutely fab!After purchasing, I saw similar water toys online and thought how over priced, this one may have been.However, now that it's arrived, I can see that the price is completely reflected in the quality of this product!Really well made and very effective.My daughter loves this.Creates great, interactive and sensory fun. Her eyes lit up as she played with this and she didn't want to put it down.I was so impressed with the speediness of the delivery too. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely purchase another as a gift for friends/family in future.Great value for money!

Bought to go with the canal aquaplay set. It is very difficult for small hands but once they get the idea they can do it (my 2 year old and 4 year old figured it out)

Purchased as a stocking filler - seems a strongish item, not a lot too it really. Will be fine to play with in he bath. Plunger not to difficult to use and does what it is intended too. Cheap purchase with an element of fun too it. Will serve its purpose and fine as a stocking filler. Colours as per picture.

Brilliant every bath time is more fun makes noises and squirts out full gush if one is happy splashing has loads of advantages even for water experiments and science waves making

Brill toy for aqua tub - children having loads of fun with them - I ordered too - so their would not be any fights. Works really well and bright and colourful. Of sturdy manufacture too.

Lovely product for children to use with water. It's great in the bath. It looks hard wearing and the children love it.

My grandson liked it. Not easy for little ones to operate. Broke very easily ... disappointed by this as it was a gift

This pump is just like one I had as a child & my toddler loves it, especially the handle. Postage very fast.

Sehr ärgerlich! Die Pumpe war zwei oder drei Mal im Gebrauch und jetzt ist das Plastik gesplittert. Wir haben noch eine alte, die mindestens 10 Jahre alt ist. Diese hält locker die ruppige Handhabung von Kleinkindern aus. Früher war wohl doch manches besser...
