To start sound quality is okay never had an issue with sound quality. These earbuds have several other issues that make them very annoying though. To start volume controls are backwards (the button that is physically lower is volume up) and double clicking the pause/play/power button redails rather than skipping a song like every other set of earbuds. When you start listening to something it slowly raises the volume so as to not shock your ears with sudden loud volume but I listen to audiobooks and I often miss half a sentence and sometimes have to go back so I can hear what I missed. These are minor annoyances that one can adjust to but it doesnt stop there. When the volume is maxed out if you hit the volume up button rather than doing nothing or a low beep it goes " beeeep beeeeep volume maximum" in that annoying slow computer voice drowning out the music for what feels like 10 seconds. Then when it gets to about 20% battery it goes "beeeep beeeep low volume please charge" which would be annoying if it only did it once but it feels the need to repeat this message every 30 seconds drowning out whatever your listening to making them unusable at 20% battery. And then the kicker I've had them just slightly longer than 2 months and one of the earbuds has stopped working for no reason my last set of earbuds lasted 2 years of similar use. Would not recommend

I've been buying earbuds to replace my LG Tones. These have been the only ones to have a comparable battery life. I had been wearing and sporadically using them throughout the day. By 5pm, they still had 80% left on the battery.The neck is more flimsy than I would like but, it does the job in keeping them around my neck.The magnet clasps perfectly and it's not a weak at all.The sound quality is not the most crisp but its not muffled and I'm heard on the other end well.Battery life is worth the money.UPDATE: I have used these for 1.5 months.The volume is weakening in the right bud. The left bud stopped working a week ago.I am investing in premium buds from now on.

I've owned countless Bluetooth headsets. This is the first to lack a basic feature, the call button. You can double click to redial the previous call or caller. However, there isn't any feature to bring the phone to attention so that you can say "Call …..", or "Tell me how to get to.....", or anything else.

Awesome headset. Controls a little counterintuitive. All I wish is that the length between the earbuds and the power source(?) was 1/2 inch longer cuz the weight of them pull ever so slightly, defeating its purpose. Or its cuz i'm a grown adult with a big head. Charge stays solid, extremely comfortable to put in ear

The buttons don't make intuitive sense. When you try to change tracks you cont cause the double click/ hold messes up move two tracks instead of one. It's not that loud, but the difference between the 2nd loudest and the loudest is on a log function. But the best part is when it's at 20 percent charge it tells you every 20 second "battery low". If you have more than Bluetooth head set connected you have power cycle this head set and toggle media on your device. Between the buttons and software it's just a piece of foreign trash. Don't buy

Love these. Long battery life, good sound. Haven't used them to talk on the phone yet, but listening to videos/ music is good. Once connected, the Bluetooth connects instantly when powered on. Only con, didn't realize the wire is sort of structured, so can't roll them up and stash in my purse, but i have another pair for that. Great for housework.

I thought all the features were fine, but the sound quality is much worse than other, cheaper headphones I've tried. Most of all, these project sound so that at a normal volume a person sitting next to you can hear a quieter version of whatever you're listening to. It completely defeats the purpose of headphones on my quiet morning commute or when my roommate is sleeping because everyone within 5 ft can hear what you're listening to.

These are horrible don't listen to the reviews like I did. They don't cancel out any sound whatsoever and the battery doesn't last at all! Fully charged they didn't even last an hour. Volume doesn't go up loud either. Hope this helps. Don't waste money on this
