The quality isnt the best , also bought a laptop of the same brand, experiencing a problem with the Blutooth driver, the technical support of XIDU is the worst. my first and last experience with them

Great 2+1 computer/tablet.
I like it's versatily. The two and 1 feature works really well. It's not as fancy as a surface Pro but it competes with it at a much lower price. By the way there customer service has been really responsive in helping with a few questions I had. For an online customer service department I have never had one respond as fast as they do. For my purposes I would give it a 5.

Taille non conforme
Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon colis en temps et en heure, pas de soucis de là dessus. Cependant dans la description, il est dit que cette house est adaptée aux PC jusqu'à une taille maximale de 15,4 pouces, or le mien mesure 15 pouces et ne rentre pas dans la sacoche. Je suis déçu donc, j'aimerais savoir s'il était possible de me faire rembourser car du coup la house est inutilisable (ou de me faire renvoyer un modèle plus adapté.Cordialement.
