Great for pain relief, but I really bought them to play fetch with my pit bull. He can chew up every toy I give him, but these stand up to him and we love playing fetch with them!

I have been in physical therapy for hip and shoulder issues, and my therapist used a lacrosse ball on me and I was hooked. These are perfect and you can add whatever pressure you like against a wall without damaging the paint. These are very nice looking ones also.

I use these for a verity of tight spots in my shoulders, neck, and back. These are a life saver to getting muscle knots worked out.

So glad my daughter told me about these. I have sciatica and I use them against a wall to massage the painful area. Works good for me. Had tried a tennis ball but that wouldn't stay in place. This is perfect and is helping my pain.

I was having trouble with neck/shoulder/jaw pain and tightness and my chiropractor recommended balls like these. They’ve been so helpful! Smooth texture with a good weight and just enough ‘give.’ They do have a strong rubbery smell at first but it fades over time.

Have used it a little bit.Was suprised what reaction is causes, but it felt good.Plan to use it more.
