பகவத் கீதா உபதேசத்தை இத்தனை எளிய வடிவில் இனி எவரும் சொல்ல முடியாது. கவிஞர் கண்ணதாசனால் மட்டுமே இதை செய்ய முடியும். புரிந்து கொள்ள இலகுவாகவும் என்ன சொல்கிறது என்பதை ஆணித்தரமாகவும் நிறுவி விடுகிறது. இந்துக்களின் புனித நூல் என்று சுருக்கி விட முடியுமா. இந்துக்களுக்கு என்று புனித நூல் என்று எதுவுமே கிடையாது. இந்துக்களின் வாழ்வியல் தர்மத்தைப் பற்றி பல நூல்கள் இருக்கிறது. அதிலொன்றே பகவத் கீதை என்று சொல்லலாம். வாசிப்பதற்கோ எந்த தடையுமில்லாது நகரும் புத்தகம்.

The author has made the verses very easy to understand. The author has kept in mind the not so strong tamil readers and has refrained from using complex words.
