Really very good product. As mentioned in the display order the product, quality is exactly the same. Water heating is perfect and is good from durability point of view. Only the fitting amount mentioned was Rs.300 but he took Rs.960 for fitting. Rest the product is perfectly fine and good to go.

I purchased the Racold Eterno Pro 25 L water geyser, and while the product itself appears to be of good quality, my installation experience was disappointing. If you are planning to buy this geyser, please be aware that the installation is not truly "free" in most cases. The inlet and outlet connection pipes are not included and need to be purchased separately, either from the Racold technician or from the local market. In addition, two angle valves are required, and if they are not already installed, you may need separate plumbing work. My technician informed me that installing the angle valves was not part of the installation and asked me to arrange a plumber. However, this experience may vary depending on the technician, as some may install them while others may refuse. The approximate additional costs I incurred were: - Inlet and outlet pipes: around ₹500 - Two angle valves: around ₹500 - Installation labour charges: ₹350 + GST Overall, the total installation cost came to approximately ₹1,500. My advice to prospective buyers is to purchase the required pipes and angle valves before the technician visits to avoid delays and potentially higher prices. Also, if you purchase any accessories from the technician, insist on a proper bill, as some technicians may not provide one unless specifically requested. The geyser itself is good, but the installation process and lack of transparency regarding the additional costs significantly affected my overall experience.

The water heater is high quality and works very well. The company sent their technician to install it 2-3 days after arrival and the process was hassle free.

The product delivery and installation were prompt (delivered Sept 12, installed Sept 14). However, the installation cost me an extra ₹1,850 because the technician charged heavily for mandatory parts (₹900 for two knobs, ₹450 for pipes, ₹100 for mole fitting, plus ₹400 labor).If you want to save money, buy your own pipes and connecting accessories online ahead of time so you only have to pay the basic standard fitting charge.
