I'm not big on face masks for the most part. I've tried multiple kinds and types. I feel like they're a waste of time and money. 2 things that made me go ahead and make a purchase. First, I have been looking into the Alana Mitchell skincare line and am giving some of her products a try. Second, the concept that you actually mix and activate the mask was appealing to me. Also, the price is very reasonable for 2 spa quality masks. The product arrived a day sooner than expected, and was shipped directly from her online store. Not expecting much more than my face feeling soft for about 30 minutes...I was pleasantly suprised. It's very simple to use. You push the top into the bottom chamber and remove the lid. Then you mix it with a brush, finger, whatever you choose...just stir it together. In an upward motion apply it. After about 30 minutes it was completely dry and felt tight. Another reviewer mentioned you can see your face as it looked in your late teens, early 20s...while the mask is on. Keep in mind that's while the mask is still on. Smooth and glass like. After I peeled the mask off and removed any residue with a warm washcloth...I was pleased. My face is really glowing. Some people say that they have a glowing complexion and the only thing I see is a shiny, oily face. This is really a glow. It brightened my face as well as softened some of the lines. I get so tired of reading reviews that either are biased or inaccurate due to getting products for free or some kind of perk from a company. So, it's important to me to share my honest experience... It's not going to make you look 20 if your 40. It's not going to give some dramatic result. What the mask will do is brighten up your skin, moisturize, and temporarily soften fine lines I'm 43, and never really put much effort into skincare, until recently. I am starting to notice little lines and wrinkles that weren't there before. I am fortunate that I look about 10 years younger than I am...but eventually time catches up with everyone. I am hoping that the other items I purchased from Alana are as impressive as something as simple as this mask. If you like masks...you should love this. I think this would be a nice addition to a skincare regimen once or twice a week. Will definitely be repurchasing for myself as well as my mom. We all have different expectations and results with products. The only way we know what works for us as an individual, is trial and error. I have to say this is a winner for me!

After trying Alana Mitchell's Clear Collagen mask, I will rate it a 10. The only minor negative feedback I would say is the duration on how long to keep it on. I preferably like masks that only last 10-15 minutes. For this one, I kept it on for 20 as it takes a bit longer to dry. As for positive feedback, I enjoyed how the cotton ball dissolved in order to make the mask. (so fun and different!) I also liked how I could actually feel the mask tightening while it was drying on my face in a comfortable way. (It wasn't too tight or heavy) The mask was pretty easy to peel off and did not take long at all. Not only was my skin glowing but it felt firmer, clean and very soft afterwards for the rest of the day. I'm very pleased with it.

I was really surprised by the product since it wasn't just your typical mask. Packaging design was super cute and simple; with easy to follow instructions. It was such an interesting experience too, almost like a mini science experiment, which made it fun. I had no issues applying with both, my fingers and my silicone masking brush. There was plenty of product to be able to distribute all over my face and even then some. It dried in plenty of time and I didn't have to wait any longer than the 30 minutes, which was awesome; since I normally shy away from peel off masks being that they never seem to fully dry on me and make a mess on my face. Also, this was one of the easier masks to pull off, it was already starting to life around my mouth, which worked out to not have to scratch at my skin for a starting point. Now for the results, first thing it noticed was how smooth and almost poreless my face looked. I had no new breakouts from this mask and it was in fact fairly hydrating. The lines around my mouth looked slightly smoothed out too and that's also my biggest problem for my makeup creasing in that area so that was nice too. I also want to say that I wore makeup the next day, and it looked so much better than normal, so I could especially see using this before an event or time when you want your makeup to look especially good. I kept rubbing my face with the back of my hand. It hadn't felt this soft since last time I had a facial, maybe I sound like I'm reaching a bit, but I was impressed with this little thing. I really believe this'll be a repurchase in the future. I could see this providing more dramatic results with continual uses. All in all, I really enjoyed trying this new product.

This product used to work so well but not lately. I bought back-to-back purchases of this, neither one worked. When you press in the top lid, its supposed to active the product to form a gel-like substance that you put on your face. Both purchases did not work, I am so disappointed. 2nd purchase I couldnt return for my $$ back as I waited beyond the return time limit

I used to love this mask - I purchased it over and over and over again....the results were great and I told everyone about them. However, the last 4 that I ordered I was unable to use. Why? Because when I went to activate it (combine the liquid with the stuff underneath), it would not mix, stayed in more of a solid forn and I needed to throw it away. Very unfortunate because I used to love this stuff. Will not be purchasing again.

I bought a few products from this line, in addition to this I also bought the night time oil. So I got my products this weekend and was really excited to use them. The peel off mask isn’t just a “squeeze out of a tube” face mask, it’s way more then that. I really don’t want to ruin the full experience of using this face mask, but I’ll say this; it’s just kinda fun to prep the mask before putting it on your face. It was like a science experiment gone totally right! I wore the mask for the suggested time, then moved my face about, making funny faces in the mirror so I could easily peel the mask off. Side note, if you have kids, peeling the mask off is fabulous entertainment! Anyone remember when you were a kid, and you’d put Elmer’s glue on your hand, let it dry, and then the most satisfying feeling would come over you as you peeled it off your hand? Yeah, same principle! Not only was the entire experience fun, but afterwards, again my face felt amazing. Sometimes after a peel off mask my face has felt dry. With this product I didn’t even feel like I needed a moisturizer (I used one anyways). Highly recommend!

It was fun to activate this product by pushing down the lid and watching it all mix together to make the mask. Very easy to apply! Nice and thick. As silly as this sounds, my favorite part was peeling the mask off slowly to see how well it cleaned out my pores! Well, it pulled everything out nicely. The product does say it instantly reduces wrinkles. I have a few on my forehead, but I didn't really notice much of a difference as far as them being reduced. I did however feel the tightening and firming of my skin. It made my face feel tighter for about 2 days after using this product. My skin felt great afterwards. I have very sensitive skin, so normally when I use a new product the next day my face will break out in small pimples. I was very happy that this was not the case with this product. In fact all of the Alana Mitchell products I have used haven't affected my sensitive skin in any way which is AMAZING!!!

I was excited to use this. Mixing it was kind of clumpy but eventually smoothed out enough to apply. I used all that i could, but there was a clump that would not soften to apply. I let it 25 min and could only peel minuscule sections off, which took forever. Face felt ok, but was scratched in places trying to remove it. Overall, a little disappointed. Wish I could try again…but not worth the money to me, due to my personal end result. Maybe I did something wrong.🤷🏻‍♀️
