Chicken Wrapped Sweet Potato Dog Treats, 16oz

Bought these because my dog loves the Healthfuls Sweet Potato slices I get him at the grocery store. The grocery store stocks the 8 oz bags and they are made in the USA. So when I saw these on Amazon in a 16 oz bag I bought them without hesitation. Now that I am feeding them to my puppy, I realize the 16 oz bag chips are made in China. I have thrown them away and will go back to purchasing them from the local grocer.

We avoid buying treats, dog food or toys made in China due to unreliable quaity control & possible health hazards, & I'd bought this product thinking it was made in America. My 20 pound toy poodle loved them, but nowhere on the package is there a guarantee of "human grade" or "responsibly supervised processing", as some American mfrs outsourcing to China have begun printing on their products. Worried about safety, I began baking a sweet potato every week & giving our dog a slice, skin & all, every day, or so. When we grill chicken, I cook, chop & freeze an extra breast or thigh (skin on, bone removed) & feed him a half cup every few days to supplement his dog food. Both are convenient to prepare, freeze well & make safe, healthy, tasty meals, treats or snacks for our dog.

My pup loves this type of treat - only ones she will eat. Bought this because of the USA testing. They are more sweet potato than chicken wrapped. The chicken is so thin it breaks easily - I have more chicken in the bottom of the bag than on the treats themselves. Can't attest for the flavor - I know pup doesn't get excited when I give them to her. Oh well. Wish someone in USA made them and they were good quality.

The bags in the picture CLEARLY show "Made in US".......the bag i received does NOT have that tag and it says "Made in China".......All Healthfuls products I've purchased preform were made in the US. I refuse to give my dog any food, treats, or chews made in China. Do not order these if you care about your dog's health."Made In China"

I purchase 3 bags of these each month for my dog she loves them so much. But over the past 3-4 months I've noticed her leaving the sweet potato on the floor. I had also noticed the color changed about the same time to a lighter color and they smell different, nasty to me. I've asked a question concerning this so I'll see what answer I get. I'm afraid I'll be looking for sweet potato/chicken treats of a different brand soon.

My little dog loves these but they are hard to find anywhere. The company I usually get them from are out of stock so I decided to shop Amazon. I did find them but they are 3 times the price of where I usually get them. If the price would drop, I would buy more than 1 at a time.

Although my dog loves these snacks and they're healthy, I found out that these products are made in China. I gave it three stars because it wasn't listed on the website and I had to find out after checking the label so I thought it wasn't right. No big deal if you don't care where the treats come from though

This item is made in China. I've purchased them before and the bag clearly states it is made in the. USA. This 16 oz bag is the same size as my old 8 oz bag, but costs twice as much. These treats are not dried. They are very soggy and sticky and ripple cut unbelievably thick.
