Missing the card reader config card. Can I get another one?

there is plan B when config card is lost:
pls. follow below steps:
1) connect reader to pc, read EM card and make sure card number is show on window
2) plug off reader

3) plug in reader then plug off reader within 1 second
4)plug in reader then plug off reader within 1 second
5)plug in reader then plug off reader within 1 second

6)plug in reader , now reader will enter config manual, use your EM card to choice or skip each item

repeat 1－6 , if reader can not start config

Is it compatible with latin keyboards? I mean with keyboards that have the ñ key

It acts as a keyboard wedge and I’ve never seen the “ñ” character in any card ID so it will work. When it reads the card ID it is as if you typed them on your keyboard.

Would this one write to a 125 khz card? (1386/7510)? If not, do you have any recommendations?

FissaiD 125Khz Programmer may code FissaiD pre-format card into HID or AWID 125KHz proximity card format.
It works with windows pc software, and support H10301/H10304 wiegand26/Wiegand 34 bit card format. For example, 1386 card H10301 format, you may write FC(from 1-255) number(from 0-65535).
Same as AWID, Fissaid programmer support to write 26 bit and 34 bit format, you can write fissaid card into AWID format. 
Due to the original HID and AWID card are protected for overwrite, so my writer DOESN’T support to write the original HID or AIWD card. It only write the empty card / fob from FissaiD, you may find the support ASIN below:
