Do you know which bolt length is appropriate for for the 90-125lbs kennel: 48 x 32 x 35 inches?

Short 7/8" the kennel you are describing is a 700 Giant, that kennel was never revised to use the longer bolts, it requires the short bolts 7/8" since the rim is very thin.

What size for a petmate sky kennel 300 size (32 l x 22.5 w x 24 h )

The size 300 will require the 1-1/4" length bolts

What size for 45lb travel-aire kennel? kennel size is 28" x 21" x 22"

Short Bolts 7/8" The bolt head and the thumbnuts neck will countersink into the hole allowing for much shorter bolt than the rim appears to require.
