Amazing 3 season solarium
This 12x12 Solarium is the best purchase we ever made for our home. A great place to retreat from the hot sun & to keep the mosquitoes & other bugs away from enjoying the outdoors day & night. Highly recommended buying it for your home. The directions are a little annoying but thank god my husband is a handyman. He had one issue with the roof panels because he accidentally put a few panels in the wrong way & we had rain that leaked through overnight. He made the corrections & everything is perfect.

Good gazebo, horrible assembly instrustions
Overall, a good gazebo. The assembly instructions, which are just a bunch of pictures, left much to be desired. Also, once we got it together, the first good thunder storm let me know that there was a leak in the roof. When I called customer support to ask what to do about it, she started by saying, "Well, it is a sunroom so if the water wants to get in, it will find a way." Fair enough I guess. I solved it with spray foam insulation and caulk. It looks good and no longer leaks. They do have good customer support for warranty issues however. When our gazebo arrived, one of the screens was torn during shipping. I called them and they quickly sent me the simple form to fill out to get another one under the warranty. I haven't received it yet but it is supposed to be on the way. Update on the screen: They have now sent me the wrong screen twice. I'm still waiting for the proper replacement.

Good quality instructions are crap.
It was delivered earlier than expected. Good quality product I watched the video for installation that was better than the instructions that were sent with the gazebo. I had very little help putting this thing together it ended up taking two full days. Iโm not sure on the rubber type windows but they seem to be working out fine although no instructions on how to clean them. The packages came on one big pallet. I would tell anyone this is a quality gazebo just takes a little extra time to put together and the instructions are crap.

Damaged parts
Just had it assembled, very nice structure. Not happy with 2 damaged parts from this expensive product.

Poorly constructed
Item was delivered with damages to a few panels (window and screen had a small tear) and some items were missing..instructions were sub-par..Not worth the 6k in which we paid for it..

Very spacious
Product is very nice, sturdy, and seems like it will last a long time...the only cons are poor instructions and the clear windows are not hard they are soft PVC... I think they are tougher than youd think.. but still would rather have hard windows... And you can watch the YouTube videos as far as helping with instructions.. you kind of need both paper instructions and video to get thru it... But in the end it's worth it.

Disappointed
Only came with 21 T:M4x6. 36 is needed to actually compete the job for the roof panels. Since I am paying to have this installed, this was a timely and costly oversight. Now we are wasting time running around home depot in the hopes of finding the correct screws that will not rust.
