I purchased as a way of trying to incorporate a chest workout from home with minimal space loss. Out the box I could see that it was well built and is sturdy and strong when using. I was a bit unsure about the resistance so I messaged the seller and they sorted it out for me really quickly. This trainer is great for a wide range of exercises and give a far better level of resistance than resistance bands do. You can really feel the muscle groups working and can feel the pump after a session. What’s more it slides under the bed or behind a door once done so is super convenient from a size perspective. Overall great purchase and can feel the benefits already.

I never leave reviews but I’m making exception with this item . I ordered this machine in 30 strength thinking it was going to be fine . After it arrived, I quickly realised I should have ordered the 40 instead . I contacted the company and asked if it was possible to exchange the item . I received a quick reply saying they would send me the higher strength one for FREE! I’ve never experienced this from any seller on Amazon in many years of buying from the platform . As for the product itself , it is well made , sturdy and easy to follow instructions on how to use it . I 100% recommend that if you are thinking about purchasing this item then you should go ahead and so so . You definitely won’t regret it .

I had purchased this only a few days ago, but I could tell straight away that it is a really solid product, as it feels well-built and effective in use. Each time I have used this so far, I have felt the typical after effects of a good workout, so I am confident that this product can produce good results with regular usage. Additionally, the service from the seller is excellent. I found the resistance to be a little lower than ideal, and after emailing them, I was immediately offered an upgrade to 40kgs, which I believe will be more suitable for my needs. This was promptly dispatched by the seller at no additional cost, without having to return my initial order. Therefore, I can only speak positively of my experience with both the product and the seller.

I have a well equipped Home Gym but this is the most efficient thing for building Muscles I have ever come across!. It's much more efficient than doing reps with Weights or Kettle-bells, that's because every time you compress the spring it's the most effort you can put in to it at that precise moment so it's really working the muscle! This has the same effect as the last rep in your set which is what actually stresses the muscle and makes it grow. I am 75 and only just started using it but I can really feel and see the difference already. Younger people will get even more effect. The effect you get per £/$ are absolutely unbeatable, wish I had found it years ago! would have saved me a LOT of Time & money!

Quick delivery, well packaged and good instructions. The item is well made and fairly priced. I have had it for a few months and keep using it. Not gone mad but I think some improvements to my Dad bod. It helps mentally to use it too. A quick 20 minutes every day. No need to pay for a gym. I bought the 30kg resistance bar which I think is good for most people unless young, very fit, strong etc. I would buy it again.
