I loved wearing this dress for a glow / blacklight party. It was VERY reactive to the light. Cute, flattering, and stretchy. Based on my photos, you can see the waistband is different than pictured in the listing. There is no wide, plain band, and the skirt has three tassel tiers, not two. That didn't bother me at all though. I am 5'1, 120 lbs., and got a size small. Because of my short torso, this was not a very revealing outfit. My only gripe, and seems to be a common occurrence in the reviews, is the amount of tassels (strings) that shed. I was leaving a small trail of shed fabric all night, haha. You can see some pieces in my photos just ready to jump off. I have not washed the garments yet, but I am afraid of what will happen if I do. I did add another photo showing the color/fabric in regular light. Think standard yellow highlighter color.Overall, I do love this skirt and top set. It served its intended purpose very well. I imagine I'd wear the top again for a fun outfit, but the skirt isn't very practical, and where most of the sheds came from. I do think it is a tad overpriced compared to similar outfits.

The movement is just as you'd think, the fit it's pretty on par it does stretch I'm a petite girl only 5ft and looks fine! My only issue with this is that the tassels are tangled up in a weird way. It's almost melted in a plastic at the END of the tassle (you would think it would be the part that is attached to the dress) you can't pull it off because it's almost melted with the plastic? And if you did you'd be left with a hole area that doesn't have the tassle. Mightve gotten a dud in 10 but I'd have to return.

So fun to wear! Everyone gave me compliments and it is a blast to dance around in! I never wear body con because of my tummy and the fringe hides it so well, I felt comfortable and confident. It is very stretchy and runs large so size down. I’m a curvy girl and wish I got a medium instead of large

This dress was very comfortable, flattering, and really fun to dance on since the tassels accentuate each moment.

I’m 6ft 1in, 190lbs, usually wear a size Large. I ordered the outfit in an XL.This outfit came and fits about as well as I thought it would. The top is tight around the elastic top part but a little too loose through the rest. The bottoms are also fairly tight on the waist band for being a size up. Not only that but it rides up so the already too short skirt is exposing my booty. I’ll be trying them with some white shorts underneath but overall I don’t think this is made for tall women.I also feel like the tassels are a fine material but would have been an all round better experience if the material they’re sewn to wasn’t so cheap.. but, hey, it was $40, can’t expect too much.

The outfit was not made exactly like the picture in the advertisement. However, the color and tassels are the same. I bought this outfit in advance for my birthday but didnt pull it out the box until the day of and the high waist part was not made on to the bottom. It’s actually a top and skirt. However, I still wore it and moved on with my birthday plans.

This was super cute, I’m not a very revealing person so I wasn’t quite comfortable in it. But I will say this was very cute on!! What I did not like was that the strings were coming off very easily and I was going to wear this to a Shania Twain concert. I wanted something that wasn’t going to fall apart during the show. Also I’m OCD and felt that I had to keep adjusting it while wearing. Maybe because it’s not black and it’s very sheer. But I just knew I wouldn’t be comfortable. Again- I wanted to love this but I had to return. I’m 5’3” 120lbs and ordered a small!

I got this outfit for my bridal shower/birthday party and got a lot of compliments. I am not very curvy and usually fringe isn’t too flattering on me so I was a little worried but it turned out super cute. Since it’s a 2 piece you can move the skirt where you like to make it cover as much or as little as you’d like which I liked. The biggest down side is the fringe parts definitely fall out. The first time I wore it, it wasn’t too bad just random strings here and there around my house and then after I washed it and wore it again it seems like it only has half of the strings attached to the top. So not great if you’re planning on re wearing it often but for the price it was a good party dress.
