LOPOO Menstrual Cup sterilizer

I'll Stick With Boiling...
I bought this after I left my menstrual cup to boil and forgot about (seriously, don't do that...it doesn't end well). I had seen another brand of these pop up but when I searched for it, it was out of stock with no date as to when, if ever, it would be back in stock. This one came up as a comparable item. The first issue is that the only instructions on printed on the box. Okay. I can take a picture of it and not have to keep the box, right? Sort of. The box and the way it's colored makes the instructions difficult to read to begin with and nearly impossible to get a clear photo of the text.I was just sort of excited to order this and I wish I'd scrolled through the questions and other reviews before ordering. I only did that after I'd ordered but before it arrived and one in particular gave me pause. Some one asked if this will eliminate odors and the manufacturer responded it doesn't. 12 hours is the max recommended time for using a cup. On my heavy days, it's a non issue as I need to empty it ever 5 or six hours. But on my lighter days, it's easy to forget about and I often go the full twelve hours without thinking about it. And depending on my flow, it does smell. I'm no scientist but I certainly feel like if it doesn't get ride of old dried blood smell, it can't really be safe. Beyond that, why would anyone feel comfortable putting something in their body that stinks of old blood? It doesn't sound healthy to me. To give this thing a fair shot, I used it to "sanitize" my cup on the last day of my period and sure enough, it didn't get rid of the odor. Yikes. That's not the only reason I don't like it. It seems cheaply made with flimsy plastic and the steam doesn't seem to get as hot as the product description claims. I also used it several times over the course of my last period and it never ran for the same amount of time.I didn't like anything about it. I'll stick with boiling and invest in a loud egg timer instead.Pictures are with a roll of paper towels for size comparison and my Super Jennie large cup.

Does What I Need
So it's marketed at a 3-minute steamer, but I've found it steams until the water is gone. So I've had it steam for nearly 15+ minutes. There is no off switch. Once you hit the button, it steams until there is no more water. I like it. And it looks like an Oil diffuser, so I can sit on the counter and no one is the wiser to it's intended purpose
