Great color thank goodness can order on line. Easy to use, comes out a little darker the expected it was medium brown .

Love this color very vibrant even on darker hair. If you buy this make sure to buy developer for it so the color activates. Do not just put the color by itself in your hair or it will not work. MIX IT WITH A DEVELOPER OF YOUR CHOICE BEFORE APPLYING.( i used 20 vol Wella developer) This is permanent hair dye not semi so you cant put this in without developer. Heres a picture of when i first dyed it and a picture of how its looks faded. (My entire head i used the same purple I just bleached certain sections of my hair so it the color would be lighter in certain sections which is how I got the pink)

I have been using Ion hair dye for nearly a decade. I've used several different black dyes, but Ion is the only at home hair color that I have used that gives me a natural look. Other black dyes make it appear as though I am wearing a wig. Ion also gives my hair a nice shine and healthy appearance. Other dyes have actually damaged my hair, but not Ion. The color is long lasting. It starts to dull after 3 months. For me, it takes 6 months for the dye to fade out. So if you are wanting to change your hair color from black, you should be able to safely after 6 months, from my experience. I have been able to successfully strip the dye after the 6 month mark to then dye lighter. Like purple, green, red, blue, even grey.

I’ve used this purple dye for over 2 years now. It’s a gorgeous purple color that covers my gray hairs well, though I leave it on for 45 minutes. I use 10 volume developer and since some of my hair is brown instead of gray, I bleach the part I color purple before using the dye. I get compliments on my hair every time I go out, even when I’m just going through a drive thru.

Oh I am super mad, this color is so dark, and because it's permanent it's not washing out either. I used it with Ion sentsitive scalp developer and it burned my scalp so bad, too. I literally have scabs on my scalp causing a great deal of my hair to fall out. I'm livid. And how do you return a product to let the manufacturer there is an issue after you used 100% of? I've been doing my own hair for 40 years and the worst I've ever encountered was products that didn't work. This was my worst experience!

I’ve been searching for a permanent red dye for bleached hair, and this worked so well. Instructions said to use 10 volume developer but I only had 20, so I used 1oz 20 volume and 1oz water and it worked perfectly. Will update on how it fades UPDATE!! 2nd picture is ~8 weeks after I dyed it. It stuck around pretty well for ~7 weeks, then got pretty orangey. (I shower in coldish water every other day and swim once a week) It only lasted a little bit longer than my usual semi-permanent, which it a bit frustrating considering this is supposed to be permanent. PROS: DOESN'T STAIN ANYTHING!! decently long lasting, perfect color CONS: damages hair a bit, doesn't last as long as I'd like, dying process is a bit involved Overall, it depends on what you're looking for. if you'd rather have less damage, easy application, and are ok with a pink shower and pillowcases, I highly recommend adore semi-permanent dye. If you want it to stick around a little longer and not stain anything, choose this! Personally, I think I'll keep using this, considering I'm going into college and will be sharing a bathroom.

It was the perfect copper color I needed and couldn’t find anywhere in the stores. I had dark hair and bleached it, but it turned out a beautiful copper. Hard to match with anything on the shelf, but this worked great.

If I had a dollar for every compliment I have received on this color, I could move to the beach. Young and old, male and female have so many nice things to say about it. It starts as a grape purple and eventually fades into a lovely fuscia.

I decided to try this hair dye after being reassured by its claim of being PPD-free, as I have a known sensitivity to PPD. Unfortunately, during the patch test, I experienced skin rashes and irritation—exactly the kind of reaction I was hoping to avoid. This raises serious concerns: either the product is not genuinely PPD-free, or it contains another equally harmful chemical causing similar reactions. The whole point of purchasing a product labeled "PPD-free" is to avoid such issues, and this one completely failed to deliver on its promise. If you have sensitive skin or chemical allergies, I’d recommend being cautious with this product. For me, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Transparency about ingredients is critical, and this product left me with more questions than trust.

طريقة الاستعمال غير واضحه ويبدو ان هنالك مواد اخرى لم ترسل او على الاقل لم يتم ابلاغي بانه يتوجب علي شراء مستحضر اخر يخلط معه عموما اشتريته لانه خالي من PPD على اساس ان معي حساسيه من هذه الماده ولكن اتضح ان لدي حساسيه من جميع صبغات الشعر

I’ve previously dyed my hair many times and my hair has never fallen out, but with this product that I’ve never used it did. It’s not even worth it because the colour did nothing to my hair

No difference in the hair color. Difficult to actually find the instructions. When I finally did on the inside of package the print was so small I needed a magnifying glass to read and even then it was unclear. Terrible smell. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
