Does it help with snoring

Honestly, I couldn't say. I bought it to ease congestion and it certainly does that. Just be very sure to breathe through your mouth when using it.

Do you use the whole 300ml solution in one go or does that last several days?

2.7g in 300mls of water for both nostrils is what I use.

Is it suitable for babies?
