Q: What does gently filtered mean?

It can be that they don’t super heat it like most honey we get. They all have to add some heat to filter the honey. My guess is they don’t heat the living daylights out of it.

Q: Anybody know what temp their "...low-temperature melting..." is?

The melting point of honey is between 104 - 122 degrees F. You can use delicate defrost setting on your microwave or water bath to melt the honey in a glass container.

Q: is this honey absolutely now made in Colorado? i must have local honey for allergies.

I wouldn't think it is seeing madhava makes it, but non local should not be a prob for allergic as allergies arent limited by location. That is not how they worked nor is that specific location honey better for allergies. If anything east coast honey is better for building all around allergy tolerance like eco bee, Weebee honey, crystals, or bee & flower. Also legit brands tjo bees and honest honey from tx.

Q: Is this unpasteurized?

i think this is debateable. when i purchased it a few mth ago, it was advertised as raw & unfiltered (unpasteurized); however, when package arrived, it did not use those words on the pckg. it was a few mth ago though.
