I bought this to replace my faulty HP laptop charger. I've had it now for over a year and it's still going strong. The build quality is good & it looks durable. It's good value for money. It was the perfect charger for my HP laptop. The battery is still good so it was definately compatible. For the price, this was very good value for money.

i believe works and that my laptop battery itself just isn’t charging anymore 😂 - I’d lost my laptop cable and ordered this replacement and it was working well. My laptop is over 8 years old and then I noticed that the battery stopped charging. However, having the cable plugged in, slowed down the battery dying and gave me time to back up everything from the laptop to an external drive

I use my laptop quite a bit and its not unknown for me to leave the charger plugged in elsewhere. I did a bit of searching and was delighted to find this fully compatible PSU at under £16. Having had to buy laptop PSUs for work several times I knew this was a good price and the PSU is almost identical to the original. I am very pleased with this purchase which gives me complete peace of m ind when using my laptop away from home.

Got this as a replacement for our original HP which had been dropped and bent once to frequently. Great fit and looks just like the original. The jack into the laptop is a better fit than the original has been for ages!However I had to get it PAT tested and it failed. The transformer is OK but the cloverleaf mains cable has the live and neutral reversed. Whilst this works it's a no-no on UK circuits as the fuse is then on the neutral line. Also, the fuse in the plug is 13A, far too high.Solution cut the plug off and wire on an old fashioned plug. No problem with that but test it afterwards and it's still wrong cos the miss wiring is in the cloverleaf not the plug. Again can fix but then most likely fails the inspection part of a PAT Test.

This is a very useful addition to my box of necessary bits. I can pop this into my bag which then means I can take my laptop anywhere without having to unplug its cord from the mains. Anyone who has a computer will know how quickly power leads can get into a tangled mess so this is ideal.

Left my charger at work over the two week holidays and needed a replacement. This works perfect although it took me forever to work out that it would be suitable - my model is g9 and although it’s not listed - this is the perfect size.

If you are low on battery and plug-in this adapter, the computer will still cut out after 10 minutes. It cannot charge faster than power used. Totally unreliable. If you run out of charge, you need to have it plugged in for ages before you can safely use the computer.

Excellent product at a great price.I paid for next day delivery but this was late in the day and I paid the extra for this to catch up on work I needed which didn't happen but this was down to Amazon. The product itself is good.
