These are amazing for post hysterectomy!They do look freakishly large and like they would be uncomfortable but they are not.The mix that provides the cooling stays liquidy and helps the pad conform to your body. They don't seem like they get very cold as you handle them but they are the perfect temperature for the area, a normal ice pack would be too cold and require something thick to wrap around.The pad is soft and similar material to any other menstrual pad, the adhesive strip works much better than any I've encountered on a menstrual pad.The first time you sit after putting one of these on feels weird at first but I found that sitting right away helped it conform to my body perfectly. Walking around while wearing one of these made moving around so much easier and helped the swelling reduce so much quicker. These stayed in place while walking, sitting, laying down, and while shifting and semi-wiggling to get up.These really have been a life saver during my recovery. I had started to regret buying them a week or so before my surgery, thinking I wouldn't need them and it would be a waste of money but I am so so SO glad I had these on hand.

The content & amount of this product was just the right amount. This product cools really well. I bought this to help me out with some swelling issues from a surgery. This product really helped me out. The directions are easy; and these are easy to use.

I absolutely loved using these after I gave birth. They are long so are able to cover a larger area, refreshing, helped a lot when I needed it the most. Ladies I highly recommend.

I saw everyone was talking about this product and I decided to purchase it for when I had baby. It has a tingling sensation but it really helped with my perineal pain and discomfort.

These were a game changer! They're bulky but I didn't care at all. The cooling lasted quite awhile and gave great relief. Wish I bought these sooner!

My only complaint with these is that I want more in a pack. I ended up having an unmedicated VBAC as I was in the OR getting ready for a c-section and tore a ton. I had tucks wipes in the hospital and ordered both for use at home. These are significantly easier to line in a pad than the tucks wipes. They ate comfy, help with pain, and don't add a ron of thickness down there. They ate a bit pricey in comparison but honest were so worth it

We all know post pregnancy sucks. Everything hurts and is uncomfortable. Well as I approach the end of my pregnancy I got these and when I say they changed my life. As a second time mom I felt like I was a little more prepared and one of the reasons is this product. They soothe and cool and helped with pain and healing. They are thin and not very thick so you don’t even feel it when you sit down. Let’s be honest we don’t need any more padding we have enough down there after delivery. You can use them in conjoined with any other postpartum care products such as ice packs and even Lidocaine spray. It will not affect them at all, at least not from my experience. I would recommend getting 2 I only got one and found myself needing another pack half through my healing process. I definitely felt a difference when I wasn’t using them as far as pain and discomfort.

I loved these for post partum. They're much better than witch hazel rounds which shift around and become uncomfortable. These ones do bunch up a little bit, but they're so convenient and more comfortable than alternatives.
