Are back and sides solid mahogany or laminated? Specs say top is solid but don't say "solid" for back/sides?

The back and sides are laminated mahogany. But this is a beautiful great sounding guitar and plays easy. It has a very nice Fishman preamp and tuner. The case is very nice too. Lots of guitar for the money. Hope this helps.

Does this come with a walnut fingerboard?

Here is a listing from Amazon: Fender CD-140SCE Dreadnaught - Walnut Fingerboard - Natural - with Case. It says walnut fingerboard and that's what I have. But, I did see another add for this guitar from Austin Bazaar (listed on Amazon) and it said Rosewood fingerboard. So looks like you can choose either. Just read the specs carefully. Great Guitar.
