Great product for nasal Cpap users! Or anyone who wants non irritating tape. This tape ROCKS. It stays in place comfortably, it's repositionable, and comes off easily with zero residue and no irritation... and I have VERY sensitive skin. No problems! It made wearing my Cpap easier. it's now possible for me--a mouth breather with sensitive skin-- to wear just a nasal cpap mask instead of full face. GAME CHANGER. A small strip placed vertically over the center of my mouth keeps it closed so my mask works, but with the edges of my lips free it doesn't feel suffocating. The tape is soft, comfortable, stays perfectly in place, yet doesn't pull or hurt, and comes off easily, nearly painlessly (if I'm gentle) and with no residue. No breakouts. Perfection! I can also remove it for a minute and put it back on if I need to talk or take a drink in the middle of the night, it still stays put. I have very VERY sensitive skin and was skeptical.. but have had no issues or irritation at all. .I'm glad I bought it. I'll be purchasing again! I've been using it nightly for over a month now with no problems. Some say its pricey.--but I'm a total tight wad and to me it's worth every penny! It's sectioned, so I can control how much I use. 5 stars PLUS.. It works.

Don't overpay for mouth tape! I started using this to keep myself from snoring (and my husband from divorcing me), and it's worked brilliantly! I've seen so much on social media lately about mouth taping, along with all these expensive mouth tapes they're promoting. Here's what I like about this as a first-time mouth-taper: - This tape comes with easy-tear perforations every half inch. I use 3-4 pieces every night (you may need more or less depending on mouth size). - The adhesive doesn't seem strong, but I haven't had the tape fall off or come off throughout the night. I love that it's secure yet extremely gentle on your skin. I also live in a very dry climate, which may be way this sticks so well. I'd be curious if people in a humid environment have a different experience. - No need to cover your entire mouth, and you can still breathe through your mouth. I feel entirely comfortable throughout the night and even forget that I'm wearing it. The benefits I've noticed most since using this as mouth tape are that I don't wake up as parched throughout the night because my mouth isn't wide open, and I'm not snoring anymore (or nearly as often) as I was before. My husband has praised the tape for helping him get restful nights lately! Plus, this is an affordable option that can be used as a bandage or wound cover if it doesn't work for you as mouth tape.

I am a dental assistant and Lab Tech. who works in a practice that specializes in SLEEP APNEA treatment. I made myself an oral devise for my sleep disorder that worked well. I need to make a new one but have not had the time to get it done. So ,meanwhile , I was looking for an alternative treatment to stop my mouth breathing. I've been told that it is loud and disruptive. I know that some of our patients even using the oral device have issues with mouth breathing. We recommend simply putting a piece of tape on the lips to hold them together gently thus forcing nose breathing . This is the most efficient way to breath. I searched through ALL the tape options and with the help of reviews discovered this tape brand. I have tried it with and without my oral sleep device .I am surprised to find that the tape works extremely well on it's own. This may not be the case with everyone! I have several occasions coming up to be sharing sleeping arrangements with friends. I believe that this may be my solution for allowing my room company to sleep soundly. LOL! As well as myself. It's simple and effective. And, not terribly embarrassing when I explain the reason for taping my mouth shut for bed time. In the video reviews they show that the tape can easily be removed and replaced if need be. For example I had to cough and get a drink of water in the middle of the night. I simply removed the tape and then replaced it . It held with the same strength and it does not leave any residue . I may not need to replace my oral sleep devise after all.

Cutting off a 1" piece serves to keep me from breathing though my mouth. It can be used several times by sticking in on to my hand or arm . I have bought it again!

This tape works great for mouth taping at night. I tries another brand but the moisture from my mouth made it come off in the middle of the night, not this brand, it held tight all night. The best part is that it come off the skin so easily and does not hurt my skin, even if I am up a couple of times and have to pull it off a few times. I can even put it back on if I have to take it off for some reason. I also like how many perforation tear points there are.

I recently switched from using a CPAP to an oral appliance for sleep apnea. My mouth is small and the appliance is large so when I'd fall asleep my lips would relax and fall open creating snoring sounds and dry mouth. My doctor suggested mouth taping. Yikes, I'm very claustrophobic and this sounded scary. I also have very sensitive skin. I purchased this tape because of the other reviews stating how non irritating it was. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, trying various lengths and positions. What works best for me is 5 sections ( the tape is perforated every 1/4 inch) and I snip a little hole in the center because you're not supposed to completely seal your mouth for safety reasons. I have not experienced any skin irritation. This tape is very soft and stays in place all night. It was a bit of an adjustment regarding the claustrophobia, but the tape is thin and flexible so that helped.

If you are trying to use it to keep your mouth closed when you sleep, it is too narrrow.

Sticky but doesn’t hurt to remove. I have sleep apnea and most mouth tape leaves a sticky residue . This tape doesn’t.

Stays on for a week, even through showers and for swimmers. I swim an hour a day and it mostly survives, perhaps a little bit of curling at the corners by the end of the week. Really moisturises and flattens my scars, I've been wearing it after top surgery. Can't fault it. Great value.

These strips are great - using them for scar healing. They are easy to tear into the right sizes and easy to remove without causing pain. Also feel comfortable against the skin.
