A good little potting bench
It took about half an hour to assemble, and there was no warping as some people have reported. I did consider swapping the supplied screws for brass ones, but decided to use the supplied anodised ones and keep an eye on them for any corrosion as it will be kept in my greenhouse which will get a bit humid come spring/summer. The quality is good for the money spent - the timber is a little bit rough, but perfectly good for the job intended. The galvanised top was folded back on both the rear corners but easily flattened out. The hooks are a bit flimsy as my 3 year old grandson managed to snap one not long after I had screwed it on - not a problem though as I only attached them to one end as the other is up against the greenhouse end so I had three spares, I will probably replace them with some better quality cast brass ones though. For fifty quid I can't complain as the local garden centres were selling similar quality or worse potting benches for twice the price or more!

Looks good, functional
For the price this is a good bit of kit, that said I applied my own preservative before assembling, just to help it last. Also I'd seen these before and the top had rusted, ours also has rust spots just after one summer, but you could class this as patina.

Excellent value for money for a very practical potting bench.
Excellent value for money, easy to assemble and sturdy enough for the job. It also looks good. Ideal height and two practical shelves underneath the metal surfaced worktop. It looks as if the wood is pre-treated with stain which I hope is some sort of preservative.

Make assembly easier.
Assembly easy until you need to fit the top guards around the table, the metal top cover over the table is fitted over the top and the sides, with the expectation of screwing through these to fit the guards! The over all quality is not as good as one I bought from Aldi.

Good, Sturdy Bench
Nice sturdy potting bench with metallic covering on the work shelf. Nice extras like hooks to hang trowels etc.

Perfect potting bench
Very lightweight, shelves come ready assembled , took me an hr to build but I am complete novice others it would take far less but I did make it and like the result but it is the cheaper end of market and the quality represents its price , I was happy with that , perfect for what I want to do, a bit of light potting and sowing seeds at a sensible height .

OK once assembled
This took quite a bit of effort to assemble, I had to drill several times as this wasn't done and the screws wouldn't go in, I got it done on my own and once assembled it is sturdy and a good size for potting. I bought a bbq cover for it as I have this in the garden not in a green house, if you like a small project then I recommend

Good value
It's just as advertised. Not overly robust but stable. I've attached it to the wall of my shed and its just what I needed - a small potting table to work on my bonsai. Value for money.
