How do the sizes work?

Get a size smaller than your waist if you want those love handles to get tucked in because the material really isnt that constrictive but the trade off to this is that the shoulder straps are gonna dig into your shoulders depending on your bust size

There is an opening down there , just like underwear

How do the sizes work, I need a size chart??

Thumb through the pictures. One is a size chart.

Do i have to take the hole thing off so go to the bathroom or it come with bother private parts open ?

Only the front is open, as pictured.
