Had a major tear after giving birth, and this healing foam got me through the pain and misery for the first few weeks of healing. I'd pump a few pumps onto my pad every time I'd change it, and it brought me immediate relief. It felt cool and clean, didn't leave reside, and helped with smell and preventing infection. Great value for the money. The size is more than enough. Used it at least 4 times a day for over two weeks and I still have 1/3 of it left.

I was not a fan of this, it honestly was kind of itchy, but it provided relief for a split moment and that makes it pretty much worth it.
