PICLEDSV Integrated LED Picture Lamp, Silver

I selected this small down light specifically to illuminate a digital reader and clock in my exercise studioi. The brushed nickle color and low-profile design fit perfectly.

I picked up one of these to light an oil painting that I keep in a rather dark room. Painting is 21" x 24". I unpacked the light and temporarily attached it to the frame. The first thing I noticed was that the color is a little cooler than I expected. It appears, to my eyes at least, to be cooler than the 3,000K color in the product description. I would have preferred the color to have been warmer, but this is OK.The light is nicely made, and unobtrusive, with the strip of LEDs angled back to illuminate the painting. The mounting tab allows it to either be screwed to the wall behind the painting, or to the frame. Short wood screws are provided. I ultimately screwed it to the back of the frame. The power cord is black, but low-voltage and very small diameter. It would be less visible if the cord were white, but it can be hidden with a strip of molding from the hardware store.Attached are two pics. The fist one was taken with the room lights turned on, at night. The second, with the room lights off. The light adds just enough light to the picture to make it clearly visible at night when outside light coming through the windows is not available. I would have preferred the light to have been a little brighter. But for the price, it's a very good picture light.Overall, it's well made and a good value. I would recommend it to anyone who asked me, and if I need another picture light, I would buy this one again.

Once installed, these are pretty sleek/minimal and give a good amount of nicely tinted light (warm white but not too orange). I have them plugged into timers so that my doggos are not in the dark if I'm not home, and they give a good ambience lighting vs standard ceiling lights...about 2 are sufficient to light up a small room. Worth the price? Debatable. The design is really basic and cheap, you'll likely have the wire running down the wall, but installation tip, add some thick mounting tape to the back (like in pic shown) and run the wire down the middle. Otherwise it's hard to get the light to run perpendicular to the wall since the wire is in the way. Overall, I'd recommend as a cheap option.

Bought a painting from the speed painter artist who does famous musicians and celebrities and needed a display light option. This was the best and most attractive and tasteful option available. I HIGHLY recommend this. My painting is 4' X 4' and this illuminates the entire surface. Marvelous! Little tiny switch on the side of the actual led light makes it practically invisible to the eye. Lovely item.

I’m using this for my dartboard. I thought it would be much brighter than it is. For $30 it should at least have adjustable brightness level. A little disappointed.

So far this little light is performing just fine. I wish it were a little brighter. It was my intent to mount this to my headboard on my bed for a reading light. It doesn't appear to be quite strong enough for that. However that's not what it's intended for. If you were to install this over a picture, Etc it would do its job admirably.

I love this light! It is modern looking, lights the painting well, and is a snap to install. I did a little modification on the light angle by bending the metal neck a bit, and it’s right on. Ive bought a number of picture lights over the years and this is one of the best!

I bought this for my dartboard - it is a dark area of my office and it needs a little more light. I attached the light to the board rather than the wall and cut a notch in my foam wall protector - works pretty good!

Updating my previous review to 1 star — I’d make it -5 if i could.I bought 5 of these lights, and after less then 3 months, 2 of them are already failing. One of those 2 has completely stopped working as of tonight. Amazon support says contact the supplier, but this supplier has no way to contact them. So I’m SOL i guess with this broken LED light. The other one is days away from failing as well.. its flickering after only being on for 15 min. Junk products i guess.. ah well, you’ve been warned.

When I ordered this, I thought it will cast a bright white (daylight) hue onto my tapestry. All the lights in my living room cast a yellowish (warm white) hue and I am glad that when I installed it and turned it on, it actually shown the warm white hue. I don't want it to stand out by casting a daylight hue and I'm glad it didn't. It is also lightweight! Almost as if it was made of plastic when in fact it is not. The only downside is the price. It was priced a bit more than it should be considering the materials used. Anyhow, I'm still glad with my purchase.

With standard, traditional picture lights, sometimes you can get intense hot spot at the top of the picture or canvas. This sleek modern fixture with LED lights is bright but also bathes the entire picture in its soft glow thereby making a picture or painting come alive. I have many oil paintings with lights but this sleek, thin picture light is very unobtrusive and beautifully complements any image it illuminates. And I love the very thin 12 foot electrical cord rather than the usual 5 ft. thick cord that picture light manufacturers usually provide. Friends looking at my latest canvas love the artwork but are very impressed at this picture light and its affect. A great buy at a terrific price!!

Bought this for a largish (40”x40”) painting. Wasn’t sure it would suit a painting that size, but we are very happy with it. It doesn’t come with a remote but I paired it with an iHome wi-fi smart plug, so I can control it with my phone and set up automatic schedules (much better than a remote, if you ask me). I’ve ordered a second Bazz light for a another painting and some D-Line wire covers to conceal the black wire. Will mention as well that we have purchased Bazz under-cabinet LED lights for several properties and they have proven reliable.

Perfect light for my latest painting. Gives off the perfect about of soft, white light. Really brings out the details. Paired it with white wire covers to make it a cleaner install. Does not come with a remote.
