Opaque Pigment Paste

Colors are vibrant. The quality on these resin paints is superb and super easy to use. Works well with epoxy resin and the results are in a thick durable project.

This set has all the basic colors you need for epoxy work. The pigments mix perfectly into the resin, don’t clump, and stay evenly suspended without sinking to the bottom. The color is very rich - just a few drops of this thick pigment give a strong, opaque finish.

It's a decent dye for resin. Definitely not as opaque as i had hope for my project. I was doing resin pour over glass and most of the colors were still pretty transparent and on the 2nd try I used quite a bit of the dye and still didn't get that opaque color. Looks wonderful and opaque in molds tho which is why I'm still giving 4 star. Not wasted since I can use it for other projects but if your using it for thin projects you probably won't get the opaque color your looking for.

Easy to use. It mixes well with the resin. It turns it opaque pretty well. I saw one comment that docked stars because it turned it opaque… …that’s literally what it’s advertised to do!! This stuff isn’t like a watery liquid drop. It’s more like cold syrup. You don’t need a ton. It’s very concentrated. I was a little worried it would be super messy because the blue had a bit on the lid, but it ended up being fine.

Opaque colorants are great for epoxy resin they can be used for non uv resins because they are solid color no yellow will occur.

I was hoping the product would be available for purchase and when I received it, I must say, it did NOT disappoint! I loved that they upgraded the top so the amount you use is better controlled. Only a pin head size is needed! It does not alter the the epoxy in a negative way (harden it) It works for both epoxy and UV (as shown in photo) but use sparingly for uv to keep it translucent. Please note, while in the bottle it may not be “filled to the brim”, it contains the amount purchased (10 ml per). It comes with toothpicks to poke a hole in the top so just remember that when first using. I don’t see any cons to this. I do wish each were sold separately in case one is favored (like white or black), then only the one you need can be purchased. But for the price and the time it lasts compensates. Love the bright colors!!!
