Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder Uji Japan Umami Flavour

I ordered this particular supreme matcha green tea having reviewed quite a lot of other products on the market and on the Amazon site. I do drink a lot of green tea which tend to be purchased from supermarkets, the higher end of the bagged type. This is the first time I’ve actually bought green tea powder and I’m not disappointed. I felt a bit nervous to start with because some of the reviews have been mixed, some saying it’s bitter, others saying it’s not and that is very smooth. I found it very palatable and I can honestly say it’s wonderful. Very lovely depth of colour and the aroma was very inviting and made me want to drink it despite feeling a bit nervous initially. I did feel like I’d had a shot of CBD after I drank it and I could feel my body slowing down and chilling out. I think it will be great for bedtime. Time will tell what effect it has on my overall health, but I still feel I have sharpness of thought despite feeling very chilled. It does have that lovely vegetal note, refreshing and very drinkable. A friend of mine who also drinks a lot of very high grade green teas said it was not or nowhere near ceremonial type tea, but some of the reviews of this particular product said it was and that’s why I gave it a go. I have not tried ceremonial grade green tea but I’m very happy with what I’ve bought. That’s it now, no more teabags for me. I’m totally sold.

This ceremonial grade matcha is fantastic. The quality of matcha that you get for the price is unbeatable. I was sceptical about it before opening it since the price is low considering its ceremonial grade matcha. Usually if you want to buy a real ceremonial grade matcha you would have to spend around £20 for 30g and this one is around £22 for 100g I managed to get it for around £17 for 100g since it was on offer. As someone who has been in the matcha world for a while now, I can firmly say that this is true ceremonial grade matcha for a great price. Some key points to mention that confirm that this is real certified ceremonial grade are:1. Sourced from Japan not China.2. Very vibrant bright green colour. 3. High quality matcha flavour which is umami, creamy, grassy, lightly floral, smooth, lightly sweet, fresh, not grainy nor bitter. 4. Texture is ultra fine and silky. 5. I was able to get a microfoam with it when whisked. 6. Tastes great as a usucha. I recommend grabbing a few while at this price 🍵💚✅🍃🇯🇵

I have recently decided to cut off coffee and switched to having matcha tea for my health. As coffee is only a quick caffeine fix and then you need more and more when it wears off. I use to drink 4/5 coffees a day and now I only have one cup of Matcha in the morning. Matcha gives you more calming steady energy. I absolutely love this matcha. It comes in a foil pouch inside the tin. I keep it in the foil to keep it fresh, I don't pour it out of the foil pouch into the tin. The colour is a lovely green, and the quality is top. I have it as a creamy latte. I first boil the kettle and use a teaspoon of matcha powder and put it in my mug. Then once the kettle is boiled I wait one minute in order to not burn the tea. In the meantime I warm up my oat milk. I add a tiny splash of cold water into my matcha so it's does not burn, then I add the water from the kettle into my mug and whisk with an electric whisk. The texture is perfect , it does not have any bumpy bits after I whisk. I don't faff around with bamboo whisk or bowls, I just simply whisk from my mug and it blends it perfectly. I don't have time for bamboo or bowls. When the milk is warm I whisk that up then pour it into my matcha mug. It turns out perfectly creamy and extremely tasty! If you want more of the matcha flavor instead of creamy then change the ratio of water to milk. Although it might seem small its very concentrated so you don't need heaps of it in order to have that perfect flavor. I will definitely one hundred percent be buying more of this brand. Its so tasty.

Nice quality matcha with a good flavour. Mixes well and works great for matcha lattes or smoothies. Good value for the amount you get.

I had to write a review about this matcha because of how affordable and the quality you get including that it’s organic thats the best matcha you could get. The colour is vibrant just like the most expensive matcha I have tried and the taste well.. I am not professional so it tastes like matcha. I did compare it to my finished ceremonial matcha from another brand and this was slightly more green. 100% recommend

This has been my go to matcha for 2 years now. Its amazing quality and tastes like proper expensive matcha. It is quite expensive but the 200g packet lasts me months and I drink matcha a lot! 🍵 in fact, drinking this everyday for years i can see how clear and glowy my skin looks, and many others comment on it too. This is such a powerful drink!

It's good matcha but there's no indication on the actual packet that it's caffeine free

Qualità-prezzo eccellente: sapore autentico, pratico formato da 200g che permette di avere una quantità adeguata per l’uso quotidiano senza dover comprare più prodotti e corrispondenti imballaggi ingombranti. L’aspetto della confezione si presenta come in foto. Ha una pratica chiusura zip lock salva freschezza e il sapore del matcha rimane così inalterato. Aprendo il sacchetto e richiudendolo si può incorrere in qualche nuvola di fumo verde vista la granatura fine del prodotto. Quindi l’unico neo rispetto ad altri tipi di confezioni potrebbe essere questo. Consiglio il prodotto perché sia il formato che la qualità rappresentano una ottima spesa per gli abitudinari o per chi vuole cominciare a inserire il matcha nella propria quotidianità e magari sostituirlo definitivamente al classico caffè.

Très bon matcha

Ce matcha est vraiment délicieux ! Sa belle couleur verte intense montre sa bonne qualité. Le goût est raffiné, doux et pas trop amer, très agréable à boire. Je l’utilise pour préparer des cappuccinos et le résultat est excellent – il apporte une touche fine et spéciale. Je l’apprécie beaucoup et je le recommande vivement !
