101 book on understanding Christianity's Jewish roots
This book's depth is light-medium - concise yet succinct and containing plethora of research notes.Upon reading Sections 3 and 4, I recognized how much unintended legalism I had placed on myself and know to repent of it.Take note that some of the notes' web links are defunct. However, this doesn't detract from 60 Questions...'s premise.Thank you, Dr. Brown, for this text. May other current and future Yeshua-loving Jews follow in serious apologetics!

Great resource for Christians
I really enjoyed this book, but more importantly it is very useful in answering many important Christian questions regarding the Church's relationship (past and present) with the Jewish people. Questions about Christians obligation to OT law, Sabbath practices, support for Israel, etc. are all addressed in very serious and thoughfull ways. To find all of these questions addressed in one place is wonderful.

Great History
A must read for everyone who calls themselves a Christian. We have been taught to much grace. There has to be a balance and you can learn a lot from this book. We need to remember where we came from.

Great for understanding Jewishness
I took a trip to Israel 3 months ago and came back wanting to know all things Jewish. This Book answers a lot of my questions and then some. It's easy to understand (except the explanation of Does the Jews use the word Jehovah, that was too complicated for me to understand). Recommended for anyone wanting to understand the Jews better.

An essential read
Really good read. Sadly there are so many Christians who think that if only they became Jewish and followed all the OT laws they would be accepted more, loved more, valued more by God. There is a massive delusion and error sweeping across the Christian world with so many Churches slipping back under the judaising spirit of works and self-righteousness. This excellent book clearly explains the error and how to walk in truth and freedom, from someone who knows!

60 Questions Christians ask about Jewish Beliefs and Practices
Arrived in plenty of time. Efficient service. Exceptionally helpfully seller. This book is a useful resource studying the Jewish roots of the church. Its also helpful for school teachers teaching RE as well. Michael Brown has written this book from the angle of a Messsianic Jew to Gentile Christians. It is a comprehensive resource which gives Gentiles Chritians the basics on Jewish culture, faith and practice.

Helpful Book
There is much to read that is good in this book. The 60 questions do answer many things. The author certainly does not think that Christians should concert to the Jewish faith to follow Christ. Which is fair enough. This book does work well as an introduction to both the Jewish and Christian faiths for members of both communities.

not in a bad sense but by way of challenge
Anything Michael Brown writes is well worth the reading because he makes the reader question their own beliefs, not in a bad sense but by way of challenge. Rather than accepting simply on the basis of what one hears from others the reader's challenge is too be persuaded on the basis of their own convictions which must have their roots in the teachings of Holy Scripture.

A Most Useful 'Manual' on the subject
This book is clear and very helpful for those Christians seeking to understand more about Judaism. Michael Brown's writing is always first class, aiming to bring understanding to both religions whose foundations share the Hebrew Scriptures.Second to none, in terms of the aims.
