Impressive!!
First impression, while unpacking, was that all parts appear well made, sturdy. The wood has a nice, smooth, even finish. Tho I had no instructions in English, a bit of common sense guided me, lol. I have a large, vintage Takamine. This stand supports it well. With no more rowdy kids in our home, I feel confident no mishaps will occur, that is, with the exception of my Roomba vacuum, lol, I’ll test it out. My Roomba is a bully! Overall, very nice, well thought out design, sturdy and a beautiful piece that I will proudly display in my living room! After all, aesthetics matter!😉 Glad I made this purchase!❤️

Attractive, sturdy, perfect.
Great stand. I have never been comfortable with these types of stands that don't secure the neck in some way, but this is sturdy and does its job perfectly. As advertised, it accommodates various guitar sizes. And it looks great. I use it in my living room as an easy place to set down or keep handy whichever guitar I am currently playing. I keep the ones I'm not playing in their cases, as that is what is best for a guitar.

Works great for guitar and oud!
I was looking at the fancy $100 wooden oud stands and thought I would try this first. Glad I did since it PERFECTLY fits my Syrian Oud. Turkish Ouds are smaller so they will likely fit as well. Don’t know about the Egyptian ones. Of course they work for guitar, and they look better than those old black ones we grew up with.

Great guitar stand
I like this guitar stand type a lot better than the ones that have a support for the neck. I had one like that but I found that I grabbed the guitar and pulled up and always crashed into the neck holder. I like this one better because it holds a guitar from the bottom. also I like that is made out of wood which is a little nicer for me. School instrument then metal period I recommend it's a good stand

Good guitar stand
Wanted a little nicer guitar stand instead of the black tube aluminum stand (I have one of those as well). This stand looked a bit larger/sturdier than some of the other ones. It holds my acoustic guitar nicely and pretty securely. The bottom cradle is adjustable so you can widen/narrow it to fit your guitar. It can fold up some. The only 2 issues it had was the foam that covers the top part (where it will touch the body of the guitar - top of the A part of the stand) was a little messed up, but I just restuck it down, and I can probably find some beefier foam and glue it on. The other was needing to tighten the two bolts that connect the A to the legs...just a bit of tightening with hex wrench and all good. Feet are non-marking on hardwood floors and don't slide around, so it's pretty secure.

Just what I was looking for
First, the wood is pleasing to look at. Second, assembly was quick. Third, it is sturdy enough for my use. Fourth....I'm one who prefers to keep my guitars inside the case when I am not playing. That being said, it is impossible to find a stand that allows as much room in depth of the support arms as I need. After viewing the videos on assembly, it became apparent to me that I can assemble the arms with the end lip facing in or out and thereby achieve a measurement appropriate for my 12-string acoustic inside its case. I don't see any risk in it slipping.

Very easy to assemble!
I was able to assemble this stand much easier than others I’ve used before. The hinge adjuster is helpful and stays in place well without being too tight to manipulate. The color is great and looks vintage!
