Looked good out of the box. Kind of a funky insole by the toes as it has like massaging bumps, but seems to wear OK.I was surprised that they are a bit larger feeling than I expected. I purchased the 10.5 and I usually wear Cole Haans. These were a little more roomy than my 10.5 Cole Haans. I was concerned these would be a bit small but instead it was the opposite. I will see how they continue to wear. If they do well this is an interesting alternative to Cole Haan as they are about 1/2 the price.Experience after about 5 outings with shoes. Still are good fitting and wearing well. Appears that I may need a new insole at some point as that appears to be wearing out, however, the look and wear of the shoes is good. I would still recommend and would purchase again.

For the price paid I had my expectations set appropriately. The shoe out of the box looked great and was of a higher quality than I expected. The break in period of about a week was rough. I messed up the first day and wore thin dress socks which caused the heal of my foot to hurt allot. I switched it up to some thicker socks and was able to tolerate the rest of the week. I didn't wear them all weekend and on Monday I put them on and wore them for the 3 day event I had and they were good the whole time.I got allot of complements on them. Most wanted to know where I got my cole hanns from. I promptly corrected everyone.Everything considered I am thinking of purchasing the black pair, but the price went up so I will probably hold off till it drops again.

It resulted being wey better than I expected, Very good leather quality, comfortable and Durable.

These shoes look decent for this price. They don’t look like plastic or vinyl but the color does tend to get rubbed off and needs tending to with polish. Wouldn’t recommend for daily wear but for a few times a month they are worth the money.

**Update** 1/4/19: The customer service department contacted me and apologized about the shoes, even though an apology wasn’t warranted. They also said that my feedback would be passed along. Updating my review rating due to the stellar customer service.Overall a comfortable shoe. My biggest complaint is that these shoes don’t allow your feet to “breath”. You’re feet will be hot and sweaty wearing these after awhile.

Bought these for my son. He wears an 11 and these are slightly big. Also, he did not like the bumpy inner sole that came with the shoe. I bought a pair of athletic inner soles and he loves them. No more bumpy inner sole and makes them fit better. Bought them in Brown also.

I work for a Ford Dealer and saw several employees who bought the Cole Hahn version. I was not ever going to pay$160.00 for a pair of shoes. Someone I worked with ordered the Brown Loaks. He never stopped talking about them.So I got the Brown ones. Had them for several weeks. I received a $50.00 Amazon gift card for Christmas. So I got theBlack Ones also. I've never had shoes where I've received more compliments about. So very comfortable also. Could not be happier about buying these everyday work shoes.

I’m not one to write a review without giving something a chance. I bought these shoes because I could not justify spending $150 or more on a pair of Cole Hanns . When the shoes arrived they appeared to be made of a cheap synthetic leather and seemed extremely light for the design . I have worn these shoes everyday for 3 weeks and they are in fact real leather. They are starting get broken in and are extremely comfortable. I will definitely be buying another pair after these are worn out.
