Wow! I buy dozens of items on Amazon for my Airbnbs and personal use. I rarely spend the time to review the items. But I've been buying MCT powder for two years now. I've always purchased the Bio Trust brand. I'm on a monthly subscription with them. They charge me about $34 for a 6.35-oz bag, which only gives you 20 servings with the scoop they provide. Their bag is the same size but the powder is fine and only reaches about 1/4 to the top. The rest of the bag is literally empty. You would think they are selling gold. So, because of the cost, I would stretch it and use way less in my coffee every day to make it through the month. However, Bio-Trust's consistency has changed for the worse in the last few bags. It is now very fine and oily. Plus, the price is insane for the Bio Trust for the quantity. I just bought this product in a one-pound bag for $29.95, and the consistency is perfect! It's just like the old version of the Bio Trust brand formula, but better! There is no clumping, and it has an ever-so-slight coconut flavor. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this one. Only two clean ingredients were in the product, whereas the Bio Trust had about 6-7 ingredients, including the dextrin they put in. I will be subscribing to this product now instead. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. It's an excellent value for the amount they give you, and it mixes very well in your coffee. The actual effects of it are too early to tell because I just got it today, but I was so excited over the taste, consistency, and price, I had to make a review. Thank you, Micro Ingredients, for making a product I can now afford to use in a whole scoop and not just sparingly. I will probably save a lot of money, seeing I am getting about 2.5 times more quantity than I got in the other company's powder for less money! I am very happy with my purchase. 😊😊

I put this in my hot coffee and it gives my creamer a creamier texture. The quality is excellent. I gave only 4 stars as I am just looking for a comparable lesser-priced powder.

Game changer! The reviews are right! This is a light & fluffy fine powder. I put a scoop into my dry clean cup before I did my hot fresh pour-over. I didn't even have to stir! It completely dissolved! It made my coffee silky smooth with no change in taste. This is the solution I have been hunting for 8 years since I gave up industrial creamers with all their artificial crap and this is the 1st creamer I found that doesn't have stevia (which I hate) or other sweeteners which all have glycemic effects. I do OMAD Keto-vore and the MCTs will not break my fast. The Acacia powder fiber is easy on my stomach and I think it will help with gut flora & digestion. I use the unflavored, unsweetened MCT powder becuz I can add my own flavor extract. I can tweak how strong the flavor is and tweak the sweetness separately I use 'creme brulee' from Flavor Essence ( = yum) which is clean & has no artificial extras in it. I add Allulose as a sweetener becuz it has no glycemic effect and it is a natural aid to GLP-1 so it curbs my appetite until I have my One Meal A Day. I don't know why they don't have a photo in the listing of the Nutrition Facts & Ingredients. I think it's important to a health conscious buyer. I also don't understand how they claim "other ingredients: none" when the nutrition facts show Acacia powder as 3g of the 10g serving. The one disadvantage is that the pouch the product comes in is darn near impossible to re-seal, so that can easily be overcome by transferring the product into an air-tight container. That will also help keep humidity out & prevent any clumping issues that some people have mentioned, but I don't have that issue at all. Granted, I haven't tried this MCT with a cold brew, nor do I add this on top of my coffee, so I can't speak to dissolvability in cold liquids. All in all, I am relieved my 8-year search for a clean, convenient creamer alternative is over and I am excited that my new coffee routine will help me stay on my OMAD journey. First time to try MCT oil. Was looking for a healthy alternative to cream in my coffee. This did not disappoint. Dissolves easily and taste is stellar.
