It doesn’t say anything about this on the label. I have medium skin and haven’t noticed any unwelcome changes from using it. I really love how it feels and think that it is doing a good job. Maybe check with manufacturer/website?

Does it sting or burn eyes?

I am guessing that it could sting your eyes if you aren’t careful. It hasn’t happened to me, although I have used it around my eyes without getting too close. It works well and does lovely things to your skin, but it can sting the skin also. Sometimes I take a day off of using it, but still would say that it does very nice things overall!
