I bought this item for swelling from a female surgery. I am thankful to find a cooling relief in a package. I read the other reviews; and saw how great this product. The product is easy to use; and the directions are simple. The package arrived great!; and the count was just the right amount!

100% RECCOMEND. These things were the 1 thing I was super unsure about ordering but so glad I did because I ended up ordering more. They cool super well and for awhile while also covering a lot of area and being super absorbent even after applying stuff on them. Will buy these next time for sure!

Gave me so much relief postpartum

Really convenient for postpartum. Especially useful the first few days after birth. After that, I started to feel annoyed at the density/thickness/weight/hardness of them and it wasn't worth the cooling sensation anymore. Would get again for the first few days though. Not nice if you're up and about/walking. I would only use while on bedrest.

I recommend this for everyone unless you have a plan C-section.

I got these pads for a surgery on the “Jade Gates of Heaven”. They were absorbent and the cooling factor was wonderful but didn’t last long. I’d put these in the fridge before using or in the freezer for a longer lasting soothing effect.
