I knew this was a cheap rip off going in so I didn’t have high hopes, but it was cheap enough I thought I’d at least give it a try to see if my dog would even try to use one of these things. The answer was yes, she loved and took to it immediately. But not this one.The hole you add the toothpaste through is pretty large (getting the toothpaste in is a mess) and simply squeezing the toothbrush is enough to force the toothpaste back out ( without having to chew which just defeats the purpose). My dog just licked the toothpaste out and then shredded the toothbrush itself. She’s a 50lb German Shepherd so she’s on the smaller end of the “large dog” scale.It’s also pretty small. Shorter than a pen. I was surprised my dog could hold it up to chew on it, but she did. The last reason for my rating is durability. I literally opened the box from Amazon, loaded the toothpaste and handed it over to my dog. Within 15 minutes she’d finished clearing out the toothpaste and ripped the top off the toothbrush.Maybe this would work for small dogs but I wouldn’t bother if they are over 25-30lbs or are heavy chewers (which despite her size my dog is not).

It was a delay from when I ordered the product and when I actually gave it to the Furry Buddies, because I had to also order the toothpaste. So needless to say I gave it to them yesterday evening and within a few minutes We were taking it from them because they both broke pieces off in which I was in complete shock. I'm trying to reach out to the company. Sounded like a good idea initially when I was reading before purchasing.

Well the concept was good! This is not good for super chewers! I thought they were a little more solid. My GSD’s chewed them ( each had one) to pieces in about an hour!Good for a calmer dog that does not destroy toys!

Did not hold up for long. Dog not right through it.

Within minutes, I was taking chewed off pieces out of my dog's mouth. Not happy

We have poodles under 10 lbs and they were able to eat half the chew toy within an hour of getting them! I thought they would be tuffer.

Great product...I even added a little drop of peanut butter to the top of it (after adding the toothpaste), dogs loved it.
