Are there 24 or 6 bottles for this price? Seems some people aren't getting 24 as advertised.

I ordered 24 bottle at 21 dollars. I got 6 bottles with and apology and refund. They said there was an error in the amount and refuses to send me the rest of my order. Then I looked it up again and the price had tripled. I complained but was ignored.
