I purchased the flats for my wife for bunion relief. I was advised to order a half size larger than she wears because the flats fit snug. When I received the flats, they were too large and sloppy fitting. I asked to return the flats and was told it would cost more to return because they came from China. I was offered 10% refund or to give them to someone who could use them. This isn't a good policy! Buy American!!!
