The stars are for the product not the expired product I was sent.
The Advil works very good, way better than Tylenol and better than Motrin. But really takes away from the order when they send you Advil that is expiring the very next month, pathetic. They did refund me.

Works but is super red
It seems to help my daughter with teething pain like you'd expect, but for some reason this is dyed bright red which makes it easy to stain things when your young child inevitably can't keep it all in their mouth.
