MR-357 Medication Dispenser with Cell Modem & Light (MR-357FL)

I did not wish to pay a monthly fee to be able to monitor. Otherwise, this unit is well worth the money and has helped me provide medication safely to my elderly relative. I bought a second insert so I can set the next round of meds up before the last one is gone, and I highly recommend a second key. One improvement would be to make the insert with an ink removeable wipe of or wash off surface so you can write in the med times. It is possible to use a felt tip pen for this, but it requires some effort. Writing the med times over each slot makes filling the cassette much less confusing.

I had never heard of this product prior to the hospital recommendation for my family member (struggles with remembering to take medication, or if they have already taken medication). I only wish now we had known about this sooner! It’s been now two months of twice daily doses (you get to custom set however many you need, but there are only 28 compartments, so the tray will “last” accordingly). In the entire two months I have not had to personally give a medication reminder or worry about her medication needs. It’s such a relief!

The med dispenser works as described and has features that allow you to remotely make changes to medication dispense schedules which is a huge help. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service that the company provides. I have called for some help understanding the great features and I have dealt with live representative named Grant who is patient and very helpful. He really makes you feel like a valued customer. I bought one dispenser for each of my parents and it was worth every penny.
