Not what i needed
Poor design. The end came off into my ear had to go to doctor to have it removed. Customer service was great!

Works Nearly Like My $2000 Pro Unit, With A Few Glitches
I lost one of my vendor fitted, molded custom hearing aids that cost $2000 per hear. Hoped this one would get me by. It has so far. But........PROS: 6-CHANNEL unit provides perhaps 75% of the sensitivity of the more expensive units. It is lighter. Uses same batteries. CONS: Fits-All plug causes ear to sweat and are always a bit uncomfy. Unit suffers static feedback from some small engines & my Gator ATV. Irritating. "Whistles" very easily. Battery door is not as robust as the $2000 unit. OVERALL: Good value for the money and will help those who can't afford the pricey ones.

volume does not equal clarity
It does what it advertises it will do - it amplifies some ambient sound, but it also amplifies the sounds my body makes (swallowing, heartbeat, etc). What it does not do, at least for me, is clarify sounds, so the noise around me gets louder but more confusing. I'm not really happy with this product.

It really works.
This was delivered quickly. It works great for my needs. It is very small but powerful. I will probably buy a second one for my other ear. I can really hear the difference.

Decent amplifiers
These seem to help quite a bit with my moderate hearing loss. They help with conversations and listening to the TV. Not Hi-Fi quality sound - the upper frequencies are rather “tinny” at times, but it does help.I also purchased a less expensive amplifier made by Omker - and it was garbage. Squealed and fed back incessantly. Completely unusable for me.I was disappointed when at the 2-month mark one of the amplifiers stopped working due to a faulty volume button. However, I advised the seller and they immediately emailed me and sent me a new replacement within days. Very impressive customer service.

Swell hearing aids !!!
I like the way these hearing aids work !!! It's probably going to take a little while to get use to them in my ears !!!
