I believe so- I have a ‘19 Yukon with the 5.3L and it is a perfect fit.

You will need to verify with K&N. Works great on a 2016 Tahoe 5.3. Big difference.

Don't remember but the intake on a throttle body is around 76 mm so about 3". The OD maybe up to 3.5" diameter near filter.
