This is a really sweet little pendant and I am so happy that I bought it. It looks exactly like it does in the photographs. I was a little worried that the chain might have looked a bit shorter on me than it did on the model but it hangs perfectly in the middle of the chest. It feels like a good piece of silver to be honest and I'm quite pleased that my running days are behind me because I think I would probably chip a tooth if I was running and wearing it. :-)For those wanting to buy it as a gift, it comes in an okay box - top comes off the bottom - and there is no padding inside like you would get in a jewellery shop box. However, the pendant itself was nicely protected by 2 small plastic bags, one for the chain and the other for the pendent to avoid any chain tangling and scratching of the pendant in transit - which was a well thought of idea. Also in the box was a small, black, fabric drawstring bag, an anti-tarnish cloth for cleaning it with and a small leaflet showing other items in their range and a few lines on Jewellery care tips. To be honest, the packaging probably kept the costs down and if you want it to look a smidge classier for a gift, you could put some nice tissue paper or fabric in to 'dress it up' a bit. Other than that, it would make a super gift.

Purchased as an extra gift for my daughter who loves owls. She was delighted and it looked lovely on. Nice quality and great story behind the theme of the pendant.

Good shine and suitable chain length that can be adjusted as desired. Note that the pendant is hollow on the inside, which is not apparent from the pictures on the site.

Lovely necklace BUT I wanted to put it on a leather cord but nothing would fit through the tiny hole at the top except the chain it comes with.
