Why are all these rookies not capable of understanding that this product is for bags and not a grow kit?

The description was misleading it says it’s a kit with the oyster mushrooms and growing medium. You need to change the description and you shouldn’t be hateful to legitimate customers.

How do you inoculate if there is no self healing port

You install your own port with thermal(hi temp) silicone sealant or... don't seal the bags just use tyvek as filter and fold over a few times.

Do I need 8" or 12" impulse sealer to seal those bags?

I use a 12" sealer. The bags are exactly 8", my concern was; will i get a tight seal on the ends of the 8" sealer? I'm Still Not sure so i want big.
