Satisfied - with some mixed feelings
Once installed, the product does what it's supposed to do so I suppose I am satisfied - but just barely. It holds my kids' snowboards and longboard (skate board) just fine and the end result works and looks good. The installation did not go smoothly however. The provided screws were surprisingly cheap / unusable. Two of them broke into pieces while I was just trying to screw them into a wall stud. I immediately replaced all supplied screws with generic screws of a similar size that I had lying around which worked much better. The blue "custom molded, ultra-soft pad" on each storage arm provides adequate padding / protection I suppose although I'm not necessarily confident they will stay in place if much real stress is applied. Also, getting the storage arms to 'lock' properly into place required judicious application of a rubber mallet. The arms did not simply "snap" into place as they do in the promotional video.But again, now that it's installed, it does exactly what I wanted and looks good so I suppose I am satisfied.

Perfect Rack for the price!
Great rack that does not take up a lot of space in our garage. The price was great and it was very easy to hang and assemble, as well as lightweight and good looking! I would recommend to anyone looking for a way to hang 3-4 boards, we even keep a set of water skis on ours. Great product!

Great garage and boating accessory
Design is nice. Great to have the boards and gear off the garage floor and off the tops of coolers. Little pricey but if you end up keeping for 10 plus years it is well worth it. Use the holes in the brackets for bungees to hang life vests and ropes.
