these little things made a huge difference for me
Anyone not using these should start immediately! Someone put me on to these well over 20 years ago. Sounds dumb, right? Shove a little piece of wood between your teeth? I had bad gum issues with some minor bleeding and teeth sensitivity. My dentist visits have been much easier for many years. This works better for me than those little rubber gum massagers. It feels a little odd at first, but you quickly get used to it. Push them in as hard and as far as you can and just work your way around your mouth between all your teeth. Your gums are much healthier. My regime also include a sonic toothbrush and some toothpaste for sensitive teeth, but these little things made a huge difference for me.

Excellent for removing plaque on your teeth

Love this!
I was searching high and low for stimu-dents and could not find them anywhere until I ordered them here. The quantity I received are worth the price! I have a pack in my purse, gym bag and of course at home. I had used them for years before the pandemic but afterwards could not find them anywhere, not even my dentist's office.
