It's taken me a couple of years to muster up.the courage to change hairdryers. My trusty old but professional hairdryer has seen better days but I have ordered others over the years that just don't do the job, until m new buy!!!! Super happy!. Its much lighter han my old one. Looks sleek and resistant. But above all, has the unique nozzle for using with a round brush which works wonders. I have dry frizzy hair and it left it sleek and shiny in minutes. Don't think twice!! Includes a brush. Great value for money. Arrived within 24 hours to my door. Not-easily-satisfied-customer-but-happy-today.

It's a long time since I needed a hairdryer - in fact at the time of my last purchase, ionic dryers were new to the market and. like many, I thought "Oh, it's just a gimmick, it won't come to anything". Now, of course, they seem to be far & away the most common, and popular, type. I chose this model because it's lightweight, not too big, seemed to me to be a sensible price point, and from a reputable manufacturer. Having used it a few times now, I'm very pleased with it. There was a slight 'learning curve' to get used to the size after using a smaller dryer but that didn't take long. I don't find it noisy and the heat options are fine. I've used the curving nozzle with the brush as well as the straight nozzle and am happy with both. But the main reason for being so pleased with it is that it genuinely does leave my hair looking sleeker & shinier.

This is a good hairdryer that does all that I need. Its not too heavy for me. It dries my hair quickly (I have very fine, straight hair that I dry into a simple, shoulder-length bob). It has a good styling nozzle and I find that the heat/ speed settings and coolshot button are well positioned and simple to use. I find the highest settings good for a first, rough dry; and the middle settings best for styling. The hairbrush that came with it has become my favourite styling brush. I don't find the larger, unusually shaped nozzle very useful, personally, and I don't need a diffuser.....so one star off for unnecessary proliferation of plastic. Please make a version without these!

I loved how lightweight the hairdryer is, much better than my previous one. My hair is shoulder length and fine, not sure what the ions are all about but my hair dried quicker than usual and it was definitely less work for the straightener after drying! The buttons are different to what I’m used to but managed to adapt to them no problem. The fastest setting is not as fast as my previous one but it’s quick enough and there is the option for the turbo button which you have to hold down to use which is a nice touch if you are in a rush. All in all a definite great choice!

It's a very good product for this price. My hair is already damaged, but the hairdryer did not make it worse, on the opposite, it helps make them look smooth and shiny. Very good for creating loose curles / wavy hair and also very very good for naturally curly hair like mine, since the difuser is quite big and powerful, but doesn't make my hair frizzy. I wouldn't recommend this product to someone who wants completely straight hair though, since it does create the effect of slightly wavy hair, even when I try to straighten them completelly. Not very heavy, but could be a little lighter.

I needed a new hairdryer to replace my old one that finally gave up on me after about 9 years of use. I spent ages looking at options and decided on this one because of the good reviews and the fact I use other Remington products that’s I’m really happy with, but have used this a few times now and am a little underwhelmed by it. I have quite fine, mid length hair that naturally is a little wavy and like to blow dry it smooth and straight to avoid using hair straighteners. But I can’t seem to achieve this with this hairdryer because it just doesn’t seem quite hot enough. This so probably better for my hair, but to achieve a smooth and straight finish I have to use straighteners as well which defeats the point! Does my hair feel smoother and shinier due to the ‘ion technology’? Not particularly, no more than my last hairdryer anyway. As a hairdryer, to just dry hair, it’s fine. But for me, as a styling tool it’s no good. I haven’t tried using the curling attachment yet, but don’t have high hopes for it. So my search continues!
